The catechism was developed by the MI national center to fulfill the directives of the new International Governing Statutes. It calls for MI members to engage in ongoing spiritual and intellectual formation. In this way they will be more "conformed to the Immaculata" and develop a greater spirit of faith and service as her willing instruments after the example of St. Maximilian.
The MI Catechism draws upon Scripture, papal documents, the Second Vatican Council, the international Statutes and the very words of St. Maximilian to educate MI members as to the foundations and udeals of the movement. Its compact size makes the catechism convenient for personal study and reflection anywhere. Intoduce others to Our Lady and her movements by purchasing copies for friends and family.
